Action Badge During your time as a Guide, you may participate in many Guide events and Service activities. The Action Guide badge is a reward for those girls who are active in Guiding and contribute in many ways. To earn the Action Guide Badge, you must complete the syllabus within one calendar year. There is a different colour badge available for you to earn each year.
